Just had a great experience with them. Had the dreaded "STL City bumper scratch". Went to a few other shops who insisted the whole bumper needed to be removed and repainted - at astronomical prices. I didn't really want to make an insurance claim. Bryan was great and suggested an alternative, much more affordable repair. I was so pleased. The results are close to perfect and the process was so much smoother. He could have easily went the route of insisting I needed the full repair and to get insurance involved. He was mainly focused on providing great service and making a customer happy - for a job that didn't bring a ton of revenue to the company. I sincerely appreciate their honest approach. Because of this, they will absolutely be the first company I get involved when I have other needs, large or small. Thanks so much for your professional approach and honesty! That goes a long way in my book.

This review is very late, by about three years but as my mom used to say, better late than never! My wife's 2006 Honda Accord was backed into the left rear door and my son-in-law, Eric suggested that I bring the car to Mid America Collision Repair to get the door fixed! While it was in the shop, I asked what it would take to kind of detail the exterior, buff the paint out and then polish it out and detail the interior. The quote seemed to be too low for all of that work but I agreed to have the work done as I figured something was better than nothing. When we arrived to pick the car up, both my wife and I were just blown away with the repair and the detailing!! The car looked like it just came off of the assembly line! Everything was so freaking clean you could eat off of any part of the car!! Recently I was involved in a hit and run in downtown Saint Louis with my Honda Ridgeline and I was going to have the truck repaired at Mid America but the insurance company told me that Mid America was not on their list of certified repair centers, i could bring it to them but it could take longer to get the repairs estimate completed and then the truck repaired also. Not very happy with the decision but I went with Car Star, a shop that was on the insurance companies list. My roof paint is fading and the hood has pits in the paint and when I tried to negotiate a repair cost for the added work I wanted done, they told me that the price would be $1200 for each surface and I wanted to get the clear coat fixed on the four doors also for a total $7200 plus the deductible for what the insurance was going to pay for from the hit and run. I told them not to do the work, they were far too expensive. So I am going to take my truck back to Mid America to see what they will charge me for making my truck look like new again! Stay away from the other shops!

PHENOMENAL!!! We brought in our 2013 Mercedes E class. It hadn't been involved in an accident, but had been driven hard over the years and it looked so awful. The back bumper was torn up and it had scratches and dents throughout the exterior. Seriously looked like a junk heap. I had been wanting to get the body worked on for years, but I figured it would be way too expensive. On a whim, I pulled into Mid America Collision in St. Peters..... First, I was so pleasently surprised with the price quote. And, then we were BLOWN AWAY by how beautiful the finished product was! It looked brand new inside and out! Matt Godat was wonderful to work with. The price he gave me stayed the same and he had the car finished in the time frame he had promised. Please don't waste your time going anywhere else! Even though we live in Chesterfield and it's a bit of a drive for us, it is so worth it! I will now only take my cars to Mid America.
